COVID-19 Notice

In this rapidly changing environment we wanted to make you aware that we are still open at Rosemarie Sy, EA, however, we’re making changes to minimize the impact of the COVID-19 outbreak by reducing in-person visits. Your health and safety is the most important, after all, you are the heart of all that we do.

Therefore we have decided to close in person appointments starting Friday March 20 until further notice. In accordance with public health guidelines, we’re encouraging the practice of social distancing to slow or prevent the spread of the virus. While we are able to provide a tax service in person as needed, we will continue to meet your Tax needs from afar with the options provided below that will come with the support your need!

We are closely monitoring the situation and are establishing precautionary measures designed to reduce our impact. Please know we care for your health, value your business and are working hard to make sure there is no interruption in service for you. As your Tax Expert, we are committed to providing you the level of service you are accustomed to and expect from us.

Here are ways to file your taxes!

1. Online. Provide your email, so we can send your personal encrypted link to upload your tax information safely.
2. Mail your documents to 3600 Sisk Rd. Ste. 3B Modesto, CA 95356
3. Fax your tax documents to 209-239-1068
4. Drop off in the Mail Slot. Please make sure you have it in an envelope with your name & contact information.

Once we receive your information, you will receive a response with the information you provide us.

What is social distancing?

Social distancing means not only temporarily suspending schools, working remotely (when possible), and avoiding group gatherings and public events, but also making daily choices to minimize contact with others. It’s a pretty big change from how we normally live our lives. And, if we all can distance ourselves from each other for the time being, it can make a big impact on the course of the COVID-19 pandemic.

We recommend you find ways to stay at home when you can and reduce exposure to others, whether they seem sick or not. If you have to go into public spaces, maintain a distance of approximately 6 feet from others whenever possible.
